Sherron “Nikki” Shaw, LPC, ACS, CCTP is a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience supporting first responders. As the former Clinical Services Manager for Richmond Police, she developed wellness programs for officers, staff, and families. She specializes in PTSD, burnout, and critical incident stress and has trained her team of outpatient therapists to provide trauma-informed care tailored to first responders' unique needs.
